Dust Removal Equipment Description

1. MBK dust removal: Dusty gas enters into cylinder through a rectangular inlet pipe, dust be thrown to the wall under the action of centrifugal force, then downward spiral movement with the air swirl flow. Under the reflection effect of reflective screen in the dust removal, most of air rise to the exhaust pipe to exhaust. Rest of air enters into ash hopper through ring gap between reflective screen and the cone with the dust. The speed of air in the ash hopper is slower now, because of inertia; dust is collected in the ash hopper; the air exhausts through air holes of reflective screen to the exhaust pipe. The blowing rate of single MBK dust removal is 4000~40000m3/h.

2. MBS wet dust removal: After MBK wetdust removal, tail gas with some fine dust enters into cylinder through a rectangular inlet pipe; before enter into cylinder, dust airflow meets to atomized droplets, fine dust will be captured by the droplets. Under the action of centrifugal force, it becomes dust stream, then down to do spiral movement, the air spins up and exhausts through exhaust pipe. Dust stream enters into the pool. The blowing rate of single MBS dust removal is 15000~60000m3/h.

Dust Removal Equipment Technology Characteristics

a. MBK dust removal has the cone with inverted cone shape. Install reflective screen at the bottom of cone. The distance from the wall of the cone to the cone center gradually increased, it prevents the dust airflow move from cone center to exhaust pipe directly. Reflective screen can make the separated dust fall into ash hopper through ring gap between reflective screen and the cone. Effectively prevent the rise of purified gas roll away the dust (especially for 5-10 microns fine dust).Therefore, MBK improves the dust removal efficiency. MBK dust removal has a large ash hopper, because the dust takes a small amount of gas and rotates into the ash hopper from the bottom of cone, the lower the ash surface, the less the dust content with low gas flow.

b. Mainly advantages of MBS wet dust removal: The blowing rate of single MBS dust removal is large, small resistance, the cost of equipment is low. Easy to capture dry dust with very fine and low density.
